The Lowdown (Important Info)

Beyond Sidelines is your go to for sports updates. We're operated by Beyond Sidelines, part of Magiclick Media LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number +44 2037642834 with our main office at 8 Cosmia Court, Vale Road, Bushey, England, WD23 2PH.

We handle your personal info according to our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you're cool with how we process your data, and you promise that all the info you give us is accurate.

If you're not on board with these terms, please don't use the service.

Your Agreement With Us

When you sign up for a subscription, you're confirming a few things:

  • You're at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to this stuff.
  • You're responsible for all costs related to using the service, including anything from our third-party partners.
  • All the info you provide when you register is complete, accurate, and totally legit.
  • You're using this service for personal, entertainment purposes only – no business or commercial vibes.
  • Keep your login details to yourself! Don't share them with anyone.
  • Don't use any of our advertising, marketing, or promotional materials for your own business or commercial purposes.

Your Subscription Journey

Your subscription kicks off once you've successfully registered and provided a valid payment method (like PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Card, or other accepted options).

Once you're all set, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the info about your subscription.

Pricing & Payments

Your subscription rates will be confirmed in your subscription email after you register.

After your trial period (if you have one!), your first payment (one month's subscription fee) will be upfront when you register. After that, you'll pay a monthly fee (which we told you about when you signed up) on the same day each month until you cancel.

Your subscription will automatically renew monthly. These monthly payments are automated and can't be refunded once they've gone through.

We might change our prices, but if we do, we'll email you about the new fee at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription.

If a monthly payment doesn't go through, we might temporarily limit your access to the service until your account is up-to-date.

We'll keep trying to process failed payments for up to 90 days. If we still can't get payment , your subscription will be canceled.

If our attempts to recover payment fail, we might pass your account and any outstanding amounts to a third-party recovery agency, and you might be on the hook for any extra costs we incur.

Using Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal? Heads Up!: Sometimes, your subscription payment might be collected a bit before your usual due date. Just make sure your account has enough funds!

All Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions are securely handled by Stripe, our third-party payment gateway. All payments are PCI Compliant, meaning we don't store your payment card details. It's on you to let us know if your payment method changes.

Beyond Sidelines reserves all rights. The info on this website is for reference only. While we try our best to keep everything accurate, reliable, and complete, we don't make any guarantees or take responsibility for the info, except for what's explicitly written in our contract.

We're not responsible for any loss or damage you or anyone else might experience due to inaccurate or missing info you provide when using our service, or from any decisions, actions, or inactions made before using any products or services.

Our service might link to other sites or resources from third parties. These links are just for your info. We don't control what's on those sites or resources, and we're not responsible for them or any loss or damage from using or downloading them.

We're not liable for system or network errors or other issues beyond our control that might mess with your access or delivery of the service's content.

We're also not responsible for any loss or injuries if you participate in any of our exercise programs.

Your Responsibilities

By subscribing, you, the Account Holder, agree to:

  • Not download, use, or copy any of the service materials unless these Terms specifically allow it.
  • Not use the service for any business, commercial, or public purpose.
  • Not try to or encourage the misuse of the service by introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other malicious or harmful tech stuff.

Promotions & Perks

From time to time, we might run promotions like trial periods, discounted subscriptions, prize draws, or free products from promoted brands (which are free to access once you register).

If these promotions are active, separate rules will apply. These rules work alongside and in addition to these general terms and conditions.

Our Liability (What We're Responsible For)

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other losses that can't be excluded or limited by law.

Without getting into specific limitations, our total liability will be capped at one month's subscription fee.

We're not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, no matter how it's caused, including (but not limited to): loss or corruption of data systems or equipment, or the actions of third parties that might affect your use of the service.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime, subject to the details in this section, by:

  • Going to your account settings online and selecting 'cancel account'
  • Using the live chat feature on the business website (the one that shows up on your bank statement).

Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel within 14 days of registering (that's your 'cooling off' period), you'll get a full refund of your subscription fee.

We don't offer refunds for the remaining part of your subscription term after the cooling-off period has passed.

You can stop future payments for your subscription at any time, but any payments processed before your cancellation date won't be refunded.

Any refunds offered outside the cooling-off period are totally at our discretion. We might withdraw a refund if a dispute comes up via your payment merchant (like PayPal or your Credit Card).

All chargeback requests will be thoroughly investigated by our Policy Team. If we find a valid contract, we'll dispute the chargeback, and you might be added to a blacklist to prevent further misuse.

Fair Usage

If we genuinely believe you or someone connected to you is misusing the service, we might, at our discretion, send you a warning to chill out your behaviour and how you interact with the service.

In extreme cases, if we genuinely believe that misuse by you or someone connected to you is excessive and messes with the service's integrity, we reserve the right to reject and cancel your subscription.

Got a Complaint?

We take all complaints seriously and aim to sort things out quickly. We'll always be respectful to you when dealing with your complaint, and we expect the same from you towards our staff.

All customer service calls are recorded, and our staff have the right to end any call if they're being abused or threatened.

General Stuff

Assignment: You can't transfer your contract with us to someone else without our written permission.

Amendments: This agreement can only be changed with prior written approval from both you and us.

IP (Intellectual Property): You agree that all the Intellectual Property in Beyond Sidelines’ materials related to the service belongs exclusively to Beyond Sidelines. You can't use, distribute, disclose, or license this IP without our written permission.

Law & Jurisdiction: This agreement and these terms are governed by English law, and any disputes (contractual or non-contractual) will be handled exclusively by the English courts.
